How much does a dedicated static IP cost?
The planned Pro plan includes a dedicated static IP pair in one region for $29 per month. Business adds dedicated pairs in two regions for $79 per month. All pricing is planned and may change before launch.
How does Fixedmark pricing compare with QuotaGuard and Fixie?
QuotaGuard's cheapest plan with dedicated IPs is Static Enterprise at $219 per month, per its pricing page in October 2026. Fixie prices HTTP and SOCKS5 as separate subscriptions. Fixedmark plans a dedicated pair at $29 per month with HTTP and SOCKS5 in the same plan.
What happens if I go over my plan's limits?
Limits are soft. You get an alert before you reach a limit, and traffic keeps flowing. Extra usage is billed in clear, fixed-size blocks shown on your bill, not as a surprise per-request charge.
Is there annual billing?
Yes, planned. Annual billing gives you 2 months free, so you pay for 10 months and get 12.
How will I pay?
Planned: you pay in US dollars by card through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record and handles sales tax and VAT. Indian customers can pay in rupees through Razorpay. Payment options will be confirmed at launch.
Which plans include an SLA?
The planned Business and Scale plans include an uptime SLA with service credits. Scale targets 99.95%. Free, Starter, and Pro do not include an SLA.
Do I need a card for the free plan?
No. The planned free plan needs no card. It includes 1,000 requests and 250 MB per month on a shared IP pair in one region, with no outbound SMTP.
